الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق (فوري)

Option 1: In the app (immediate)

1افتح تطبيق حديد على iPhone أو Android.
Open the Hadeed app on iPhone or Android.
2اضغط تبويب «حسابي» في الشريط السفلي.
Tap the “Profile” tab in the bottom bar.
3افتح «الخصوصية والبيانات».
Open “Privacy & data”.
4اضغط «حذف الحساب» ثم أكّد.
Tap “Delete account”, then confirm.

يُحذف الحساب وكل بياناته في اللحظة نفسها، ويتم تسجيل خروجك من جميع الأجهزة. لا يمكن التراجع عن الحذف.

Your account and all of its data are deleted at that moment, and you are signed out on every device. Deletion cannot be undone.

Option 2: By email

إذا لم تعد تملك الجهاز أو تعذّر عليك تسجيل الدخول، راسلنا من البريد أو رقم الجوال المرتبط بحسابك:

If you no longer have the device or cannot sign in, email us from the address or phone number linked to your account:

1اكتب في العنوان: حذف حسابي في حديد.
Subject: Delete my Hadeed account.
2اذكر رقم الجوال أو البريد الذي سجّلت به.
Include the phone number or email you signed up with.
3نؤكّد هويتك برسالة رد ثم ننفّذ الحذف خلال 7 أيام عمل.
We confirm it is you by reply, then complete the deletion within 7 business days.

What is deleted

الحذف يشمل كل ما يرتبط بحسابك على خوادمنا:

Deletion removes everything tied to your account on our servers:

بيانات الملف الشخصي: الاسم، الجنس، سنة الميلاد، الطول، الوزن، اللغة.
Profile data: name, sex, birth year, height, weight, language.
سجل الوزن وقياسات الجسم وصور التقدم.
Weight history, body measurements and progress photos.
الوجبات المسجّلة، صور الوجبات، وسجل التغذية.
Logged meals, meal photos and the nutrition diary.
التمارين، الخطط، الأرقام الشخصية وسجل الجلسات.
Workouts, plans, personal records and session history.
المزاج واليوميات، ومحادثات المدرب الذكي.
Mood journal entries and AI coach conversations.
المؤشرات الحيوية، العمر البيولوجي، ونتائج التحاليل وملفات PDF المرفوعة.
Vitals, Biological Age, lab results and uploaded PDFs.
رموز الإشعارات، الاشتراكات المسجّلة عندنا، وحساب تسجيل الدخول نفسه.
Push tokens, our record of your subscription, and the sign-in account itself.

بيانات Apple Health أو Health Connect تبقى على جهازك، لأننا لا نحتفظ بنسخة منها على خوادمنا.

Apple Health / Health Connect data stays on your device; we never keep a server copy of it.

What is kept, and why

سجل التدقيق الأمني (تاريخ ووقت طلب الحذف ومعرّف الحساب المحذوف، بلا بيانات صحية): يُحتفظ به للمدة التي يفرضها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL، المادة 21)، ثم يُمحى.
Security audit log (date and time of the deletion request and the deleted account id, no health data): kept for the period the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law requires (PDPL, Article 21), then erased.
سجلات الشراء لدى Apple أو Google: تبقى لدى المتجر وفق سياسته؛ لا نستطيع حذفها من جهتنا. الاشتراك النشط يُلغى من إعدادات المتجر، وليس بحذف الحساب.
Purchase records at Apple or Google: held by the store under its own policy; we cannot delete them. An active subscription is cancelled from the store’s settings, not by deleting the account.
نسخ احتياطية مشفّرة للخوادم: تُدوّر وتُمحى خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى من تاريخ الحذف.
Encrypted server backups: rotated and purged within a maximum of 30 days from the deletion date.

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نحتفظ بأي منها لأغراض تسويقية بعد الحذف.

We do not sell your data and keep none of it for marketing after deletion.
